Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $150 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.
NOTE: NO-SHOWS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 3PM ON THE THURSDAY PRECEDING THE COURSE) WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE

The fee for this course is $755
As a courtesy to our students we have a pre negotiated special room rate at The Confidante if you would like to stay at the host hotel. For reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 305-424-1234 or 877-803-7534 and refer to the course name in order to obtain the special negotiated rate of $192. Please be advised that there is also an additional 14% tax rate, a $15.00 per room per day resort fee, and overnight parking is $35.00.
*Please note that the resort fee includes a variety of resort activities & amenities. There are a limited amount of rooms reserved at the special negotiated rate. Early room reservation is highly recommended.
In addition, daily parking is not free. Daily parking for students attending the class that are not staying at The Confidante is $15.00.
