CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $150 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.
NOTE: NO-SHOWS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 3PM ON THE THURSDAY PRECEDING THE COURSE) WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE
Advanced Fraud Investigations
This course is designed for both law enforcement personnel and investigators within the banking industry. The curriculum will cover Mail Fraud, Contractor Fraud, Sovereign Citizens, Squatters, Medical Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, Cargo Theft, Workman’s Compensation Fraud, Insurance Fraud, Condo Fraud, Mortgage and Real Estate Fraud, Organized Retail Theft and other critical topics relevant to fraud investigators.

The fee for this course is $790
***As a courtesy to our students we have a pre negotiated special room rate at The Confidante if you would like to stay at the host hotel. Please be advised that there is also an additional 14% tax rate and a $15.00 per room per day resort fee, and $35.00 fee for overnight parking. *Please note that the resort fee includes a variety of resort activities & amenities. There are a limited amount of rooms reserved at the special negotiated rate. Early room reservation is highly recommended.
In addition, daily parking is not free. Daily parking for students attending the class that are not staying at The Confidante is $15.00.
