CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $150 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.

Advanced Public Information Officer
This course has been designed for public information officers, law enforcement and public safety personnel, and others who represent their departments to the news media. The focus of the course is to provide the students an interactive curriculum allowing them to apply their crisis communications, social media strategies and critical interviews on ongoing crisis scenarios.
