CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:
In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $150 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.
NOTE: NO-SHOWS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 3PM ON THE THURSDAY PRECEDING THE COURSE) WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE
This training is a drill and scenario based course designed to evaluate and develop the student’s firearms skills, tactics, combat mindset, and their decision making process during violent encounters. The format will include live fire and force-on-force training with the use of less-than-lethal marking cartridges.
ATTIRE:
Cargo pants, long sleeve t-shirt, body armor, ballistic helmet and duty gear (complete with handgun, magazines, flashlight, handcuffs, etc.) and appropriate foot wear. NO JEANS ALLOWED
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
It is the responsibility of the individual student to bring all personal equipment. Safety equipment, ballistic shields, weapons, and ammunition used during force-on-force training will be provided.
