Two weekly Awareness Through Movement® classes will begin June 7th and end on July29th. The classes are offered via ZOOM on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:30 - 10:30 am (PT). You can come to one class or as many as you like. You can pay online during the registration process. You can also pay via Venmo (https://venmo.com/Kathy-James-34), Zelle or check. Need to miss a class, no problem. All classes are recorded so you will receive a downloadable link of the class. Prior experience of the Feldenkrais Method® is suggested.
