Two weekly Awareness Through Movement® classes will begin Septermber 21st and end on December 17th. The classes are offered via ZOOM on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:30 - 10:30 am (PT). You can come to any of the classes and as many as you like. You can pay online during the registration process. You can also pay via Venmo (https://venmo.com/Kathy-James-34), Zelle or check. Need to miss a class, no problem. All classes are recorded so you will receive a downloadable link of the class. Prior experience of the Feldenkrais Method® is suggested.

We will begin with the basics: flexion (bending), extension (reaching), side bending and rotation with a special view of how the pelvic region is generative and essential to everything we do....and how it connects with our head, eyes, feet, arms and legs.
