2017-2018 Faith Formation Registration

Please use the on-line form to register a new student(s) for Faith Formation Classes. You MUST click the "ADD STUDENT" button for the student page in order to select the classes. You will click "ADD STUDENT" for each child. Registration fees will be collected in September at the first class / parent meeting.
