The pandemic has changed the shape of ministry. You may be working harder in longer days and getting less done, demands having increased - or lessened, depending. Perhaps you've noticed other things, such as mood, sleep, and eating changes, feelings of dis-ease and sluggishness. It is reasonable to expect that church members will have experienced some of these symptoms as well.
As churches actively engage in conversation about re-opening, these things take on new meaning.
Winnebago Presbytery PC (USA), Wisconsin Conference UCC, North East District Wisconsin Conference UMC, East Central Synod of Wisconsin-ELCA, and the Diocese of Fond du Lac Episcopal Church are sponsoring 3 conversations facilitated by LeaderWise of Minneapolis. The focus of these will be your experience with COVID, recognizing the impact of the pandemic on you and your members, and preparing to gather in-person again.
Please join these three, 90-minute conversations,
scheduled from 2:00 - 3:30 pm
on consecutive Tuesdays in July (7, 14 and 21).
You will benefit most from joining all three. July may be a challenging time;however, come to those that you can. It is our hope that this will help you personally process the impact of COVID and prepare you and your congregation well for the next steps. There is no charge for this event. Please register at the link below by June 30.
