Celebrate the 95th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment 

Women won the right to VOTE! On Thursday, August 27th a special event will be held at GPS from 5:30PM to 8:30PM. Light refreshments will be served along with the opportunity to register to vote. Autumn Graves and others will speak about the importance of women's right to vote.  "Iron Jawed Angels" will be presented in the Frierson Auditorium from 6:30 - 8:30. This movie a factual chronicle of a determined group of women whose  efforts led to the passage of the 19th Amendment.

This event is open to the public. Registration for this event is not required, but preferred.
