CWLI 2014 Membership Registration 

The Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute (CWLI) is an organization comprised of a dynamic group of women actively participating in our community to bring about change, broaden perspectives and develop strong women leaders.

 

CWLI is a 501(c) 3, non-profit, membership organization whose mission is to increase the number of women in positions of civic and business leadership in the greater Chattanooga community. Created in 1998, the founding leaders believed more women should be in positions of true leadership. Since that time, CWLI has become one of the premier organizations in our area providing training and networking opportunities for women leaders. As Chattanooga women leaders, it is our goal to show other woman the way, to "Model, Teach, Inspire."

 

Membership runs from January 1 through December 31.

 

Benefits of Membership in CWLI:

 

• Participation in an organized effort to advance women as leaders, including our IMPACT Leadership Dinner that features national women leaders

• Invitations and preferred registration to seminars and workshops

Membership Levels:  

• Student  - $10 annual (must be full-time student)
• Member - $100 annual (Pro-Rated to $50 beginning July 1st for the remainder of the year)
• Sustaining Member - $250 annual (Pro-Rated to $125 beginning July 1st for the remainder of the year)

  In addition to the benefits listed above, a Sustaining Membership also includes: 

• Two tickets for Leadership Luncheon Series
• One ticket to the VIP Reception for the IMPACT Leadership Dinner in February
•  Listing on CWLI's website and on signage at certain CWLI events
•  Listing in Annual Membership Luncheon program
• Supports the organization in its growth strategy

TAX Information

In accordance with the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1993, we are required to notify you of the non-deductible portion of your dues related to benefits received. For 2013, CWLI has computed 20% to be non-deductible for members’ income tax purposes.

CWLI is a charitable organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) and, as such, your allowable membership dues may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution depending on your personal tax situation.  Please consult your tax advisor.
