Starting Your Lean Business - July 11

In this workshop, participants will get an introduction to the same innovative entrepreneurship principles currently taught to Columbia MBA students. Participants will complete an Entrepreneurship Assessment and learn about the Customer Discovery Process. Finally, participants will be introduced to the Business Model Canvas used by SBDC advisors.
