Participants are introduced to basic finance terminology and budget categories. They will learn the importance of developing a cashflow recording process for controlling finances and strategic decision making.
Attendees will also learn how to: prepare business projections; review and understand the relevance of standard financial reports; profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet.
