Customer Acquisition vs. Customer Retention

 

In this seminar, we will identify the difference in marketing to build loyalty and marketing to acquire new customers. Both are vital to business success, but too often the differences are blurred and the marketing fails. We will identify challenges, explore and analyze strategies, and create an action plan to grow your business.
