WHY?: Enrich your soul, mix up your running mentally and physically, get stronger, meet new people, expand your horizons. Combining trail and road running is just the best!

BUT WAIT! Trail Walkers Group also! Join our walkers/hikers group to enjoy the trails for 2- hours with us. Routes are modified and you will still see stunning trails!

*Longer distances may be on adjacent trails or paths that are pavement or road surfaces.
DATES: Continues each Saturday.
DISTANCES: Each run will be 6-8 miles and the terrain will vary from packed earth to “billy-goat” climbs. Please plan for 2-hours as you will experience a challenging run paired with a few moments to enjoy the views.
COST:
$99 for 12 weeks!
RACES: There are many new trail races to do along the way and we highly recommend trying a few, but it is not required. Distances from 3-50 miles. (I know... 50 miles is a CAR ride, not a run, right???)
EQUIPMENT: Trail running or sturdy running shoes, hydration device for 20 or more ounces of water (handheld, belt or camelback), additional energy snacks ie: gels, bars, yummy blocks, layered clothing for variable temperatures, sunscreen.
