When was the last time you thought about breathing? The breath is an integral part of the mind and body connection. It inherently connects us to the here and now.  When we consciously bring awareness to our breath, we can connect with the present moment to create calm, reduce stress, increase focus and bring about a sense of wholeness.

In this interactive 1-hour workshop, guest teacher Angela Tarquini-Sanders of Mindful Mindz will help us explore ways to experience and connect with our breath.  We’ll learn about the ability of the breath to induce a relaxation response and how to use our breath to guide us through life’s challenging moments.
