Mindfulness-Based

Stress Reduction

Evening Class Series / Winter, 2018

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based educational program proven to be effective for reducing stress and improving health, well-being, and quality of life.  Designed and implemented by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979, MBSR is supported by three decades of scientific research confirming its benefits. Today MBSR continues to grow in popularity and is taught in hundreds of health-care and wellness settings throughout the U.S. and worldwide.

The next eight week class series will be offered on Thursday evenings beginning Jan. 25, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:30 pm through Mar. 15. Space is limited to 15 participants.

The course tuition is $530 for the eight week program including weekly classes, handbook, audio recordings for home practice, and Day of Mindfulness Retreat. A monthly payment plan is available.
