A Day of Mindfulness

A Day Retreat for Current and Past MBSR Students

This is a day retreat for current MBSR students and past graduates.

Spend a day practicing mindfulness - silent walking and sitting meditation, yoga, and loving-kindness practice at the beautiful Commons Club at The Brooks in Bonita Springs. Lunch is included. 

Let your practice guide you back to what you value most in life, and to the future as it unfolds before you, moment by moment.

There is no charge for current students & graduates who've not previously participated in a retreat. For MBSR graduates returning for a 2nd or subsequent retreat,  the cost is $50.

Facilitator

Madeline Ebelini, MA, RYT   Madeline is the founder of Integrative Mindfulness in Bonita Springs, FL and the area's only certified MBSR teacher, having completed certification through the Center for Mindfulness at U. C. San Diego's School of Medicine. She holds a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Madeline is a regular practitioner of mindfulness meditation and yoga. Her graduate work explored mindfulness as the context for growth- fostering relationships, community, and integral practice, and included comprehensive training in meditation. Integrative Mindfulness offers programs and workshops in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and other health-promoting and life-enhancing activities which utilize mindfulness as the medium for exploring our human potential.
