MBSR Refresher

This is a monthly refresher session for graduates of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Sessions are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and will generally consist of some gentle yoga stretching (wear comfortable loose clothing), a guided meditation practice, poems, a reading and/or video, and discussion of an aspect of mindfulness. Keep your mindfulness practice strong!

Here's what other MBSR grads have to say about these refresher sessions:

"Extremely refreshing. Reminds me of what I need to do daily."

"Wonderful, calming and helps to focus & be more mindful. Healing energy!"

"Thoroughly relaxing and reminded me how important mindfulness is for one's well-being."

"So wonderful to reconnect with my practice with like-minded people. I feel renewed. Thank you!"
