Restorative yoga is a type of therapeutic yoga that provides physical and mental balance using props like bolsters, cushions, blankets, & yoga blocks that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you the benefits of deep yet passive stretching. Restorative yoga can be practiced by almost everyone regardless of physical limitation or body type. The longer the body is in a state of comfort, the deeper the sense of relaxation.
Enjoy the benefits of full & deep stretches completely supported by props, enhance flexibility, find out where you hold your stress, quiet your mind, and explore a wonderful segue into a meditation practice.

Dina Radcliffe is a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT with years of experience teaching yoga in Southwest Florida. She teaches a variety of classes from Hatha and Flow Yoga to Restorative and Chair Yoga. She has worked with all kinds of yoga students - from children to practitioners 102 years old!
