Middle school teachers- want to help students who struggle to comprehend difficult text? Ever thought-“I would love to support struggling readers but am not sure how?” Ever wonder why some kids appear to “read” but fail to comprehend the text?  Come spend the day reviewing the basics of what good readers do, how to assess reading needs and gaps, and how to guide and direct your students to adopt strong reading habits.  This session is for teachers in grades 5-8.
