TITLE:  Data Mining - How Digging Deeper Can Help You Discover Ways to Improve Student Achievement - Grades K-8

In this workshop K- 8 participants will actively use the Data Analysis Sequence Model (DASM) to "mine" data and work in small groups to develop strategies for continued improvement in student academic performance. You will leave the workshop with a clearer understanding of how to move forward with the data you use and have available to you. Classroom teachers, school and district level Coaches, and Administrators are all welcome in order to understand these sometimes confusing reports. Participants are encouraged to bring both LEA and school READY Reports. The workshop will be facilitated by Buncombe County’s Elementary Data Coach, Joan Castelloe.
