This fast-paced and hands-on workshop gives aspiring and new school leaders research, practical strategies, andtools to become effective instructional leaders in their quest to improve teacher and student performance. Classroomscenarios and situations will be used to enhance discussions along with the practice of using essential monitoringskills and tools that focus on teaching and learning.
