Teacher-based teams, also referred to as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) or Data Teams (DTs), are pivotal in guiding the transformation of teaching, leading, and learning in schools and districts.  Through thought-provoking simulations and insightful discussions, this interactive session presents key practices and rich resources that maximize the effectiveness and positive results enjoyed by well-run and clearly focused PLCs or DTs.  The presenter will be Connie Kamm from The Leadership and Learning Center.
