Dusty Staub, President, Staub Leadership International
The Heart of Leadership in a Time of Challenge is focused on how to lead more effectively during times of difficulty and crisis while, at the same time, maintaining one's soul and well-being. The speaker will outline a seven fold pathway for creating and living from a more Whole Hearted perspective that is informed from a deep sense of Purpose and Passion. The participants in the talk will be invited to review the acts of courage required for navigating change and then assess which one(s) he or she most needs to develop. All of this will be anchored in the framework of the Dynamic Development Cycle created by Staub and Gerber to help people create a conscious legacy in life.
