Building level principals and assistant principals, and central office administrators responsible for K-3 instruction will focus on lessons learned from the first year of implementation including data reviews, participant surveys and targeted feedback. Collaborative conversations will explore next steps in planning the framework of support for the upcoming year and provide opportunities to network with other school districts. Participants will discuss best practices for checking the fidelity of the teaching of reading in their school.
