This face-to-face session provides support for the spring launch of the new professional development platform located within our Home Base Educator Evaluation System. This is a Train-the Trainer opportunity. The system provides a centralized method for people to register for PD held throughout the Department. Participants will also have an opportunity to search the online tool’s professional development catalog for a growing collection of facilitated and self-paced courses.  Those districts that opt into Home Base will be shown how to manage district-created courses, share created resources with the state, and provide continuing education credits to those who successfully complete courses.
