In this session, McREL will introduce a framework for monitoring and adjusting that helps participants create a plan to determine how well PLCs are being implemented and how effective they are proving. Monitoring implementation and effectiveness will require a systematic data collection and analysis plan, which McREL will demonstrate using a data-analysis process. To deliver this content, McREL will highlight the data-analysis process and introduce a framework for monitoring and adjusting in a one-day session. As a result of engaging in this session, participants will be able to: use a framework to create a monitoring plan and develop criteria to make adjustments and use a data-analysis process to determine what adjustments need to be made.  The presenter will be Robin Wisniewski, Ph.D. a principal consultant at McREL.
