Once you have decided on a Country, please contact Suni Spano at (727) 459 - 6022 It will be on a first come first served basis.
Please make sure that when you present your country on Fun Day you have enough material, craft, or food sample for all Adventurers. If you decide to give out food samples, please mark any items that may contain allergens (peanuts, eggs, etc.)
Club Exhibit to fit the theme "God's Love Around the World". You can provided a 10X10 or 12X12 foot area to exhibit.

Vendor Deposit: $50 (must mail/post mark church check by March 31, 2019)
We will accept 5 vendors (first come first served basis) Spot is not reserved until check is received at the office. Deposit check will be returned upon site inspection. Please email Marina.Acevedo@floridaconference.com to reserve your spot.
There's NO patch for this event.
