Preacher Training Feb 16-18 

We are looking forward to a dynamic Spirit Filled weekend of equipping our Pathfinders and Adventurers to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  

Registration Opens: Jan 24th

Registration Closes: Feb 7th (No on-site registration due to lodging and meal arrangments.)

Registration Fee: $99 per Pathfinder/Adventurer, which includes training, preaching materials, lodging and meals. The registration fee for chaperones is $60 per chaperone which includes lodging and meals only.

Pathfinders/Adventurers are asked to pay $33 each for registration; sponsoring churches are asked to pay $66 per Pathfinder/Adventurer for registration.  

Sponsoring churches will be reimbursed $33 for each Pathfinder/Adventurer when one of the following is fulfilled:

1. The Pathfinder/Adventurer is allowed to preach in a one week revival series in 2018.

2. The Pathfinder/Adventurer is allowed to preach in a weekend revival series in 2018 (Fri. night, Sabbath morn., Sat. even. [3 sermons]).

3. The Pathfinder/Adventurer is given another opportunity to preach that is agreed upon by the sponsoring church and the Florida Conference Pathfinder and Adventurer Department (Please call to make arrangements)

Meals Provided:

• Friday (Supper), Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch and Supper) and Sunday (Breakfast)

Chaperone Requirements:

• Must be 18 yrs old or older
• Must have completed their online training for STV or VV ncsrisk.org/adventist 
• Backgroundcheck must have come back as cleared prior to coming to event or will be told to return home.
• 1 Female Chaperone for every 4 Female Pathfinders
• 1 Male Chaperone for every 4 Male Pathfinders 
• Each Adventurer must be Chaperone by one of their own parents

Check-In:

Check in starts Feb 16 at 6 pm

This is a close event, no one is allowed in without a ticket. 

No on-site registration due to lodging and meal arrangments.

No refunds. Clubs may transfer registrations to someone only for this event but this is a club to club transaction which does not involve the conference office. 

 

Drivers:

All drivers MUST fill out and turn in the Volunteer Driver Form to their club director. 

All drivers, driving children other than their own, must have $100,000/$300,000 auto insureance policy and a PIP of no less than $10,000.

Registration will close wednesday, February 7th at Midnight
