Varsity/TLT Spiritual Retreat - Dec 8-10, 2017 

Varsity and TLT Pathfinders (and Staff) are invited to be a part of the Varsity/TLT Spiritual Retreat. This is an event where the Pathfinders will be a part of meaningful and interactive worships, enjoy the outdoors, and bond together with other Varsity/TLTs from around the state. The cost is $35/person, which includes meals, tent camping, and a t-shirt.  The late fee is $40/person, from December 4-6, 2017.  Registration closes after Dec. 6th.  There is no on-site registration.

Questions & Answers

Will housing be available?
To stay in housing is up to you/your club.  Tent camping is included in the registration fee, so there is no extra cost to tent camp.  If your club would like to stay in housing at Pine Lake Retreat, reservations and payment can be made through Camp Kulaqua.

What is included in the registration price?
The registration fee includes all of the Varsity/TLT worships and activities, three meals on Saturday, a light breakfast on Sunday, and a Varsity t-shirt.

Where will the meals be served?
All meals on Saturday will be served in the cafeteria at Pine Lake Retreat.  Sunday's light breakfast is still to be determined.  Friday dinner and Sunday lunch is on your own.

When does registration close?
Registration and payment is due by Sunday midnight, December 3, 2017.  We need payments to be made in full by that date, so we can order t-shirts and purchase food for the weekend.  Beginning December 4th, late registration fee is $40/person.  Be sure to register as soon as possible!

Is there a price difference for staff?
No, the price is the same for both Varsity/TLT Pathfinders and Staff members.  Everyone will get to participate in the worships and activities, eat meals, and receive a t-shirt.

Is there a price difference if our club wants to bring our own food?
For this retreat, we have removed the work of cooking meals.  We want you to come relax and enjoy.  The meals provided are part of the retreat.
