STATE Wilderness Survival Camp 

Let's go camping! Well, not really in the wild, it's Camp Kulaqua. But we invite you to experience survival camp - sleep in tents, no electricity, prepare your own food, and be in the outdoors for the weekend with God, friends & family. Minimum age 10; Ages 10-17 must have a chaperone. Fees are not refundable. Limited to first 25 paid registrants.

More Information

All campers must have a Ferro Rod* and a camping knife* that will make a spark with the rod. If the camper does not have these items, he/she will be required to pay an additional $12 for a standard survival knife with sheath and ferro rod to be kept by the camper.

Please print out this  Participant form, fill it out and mail to Florida Conference Youth Ministries 351 S. SR 434, Altamonte Springs FL 32714, postmarked before November 20, 2015 or email the form to Aimee.layson@floridaconference.com. Keep a personal copy of this form.

All campers must have this form to be able to participate in camping activities.
