Your registration of $140.00 ($65.00 tax deductible) includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, box lunch, dinner, and prizes.  Proceeds support the Minnesota PKU Foundation and the PKU Clinic at the University of Minnesota Amplatz Children's Hospital. 

Thursday, September 18, 2014 schedule:

• 11:30 a.m. Registration/Box Lunch
• 12:30 p.m. Shotgun Start
• 5:30 p.m. Prime rib dinner buffet with awards/prizes/raffle

Format:  4-person scramble tournament - you can register all or some of your party by following the link above. 

If you prefer not to golf, we would encourage you to join us for dinner for $45.00.  Low Protein food choices will be available.  We are also looking for volunteers - contact information for volunteering can be found at www.mnpku.org/volunteergolf;  volunteers may qualify to eat dinner for free.
