CCAR Recovery Coach Academy

This is a 5-day required Core training designed for individuals interested in becoming Peer Support Specialists. The training will provide individuals with the skills needed to guide, mentor and support anyone who would like to enter into sustain long term recovery. Total 30 Hours of CEUs: 7.5 Advocacy, 9 Ethics,5.25 Mentoring/Education, 8.25 Recovery/Wellness.

This training will be facilitated by La Tonia Rick, RPS and Edwin Rich, RPS, who both have over 10 years of experience delivering substance use services and eductauon to people with lived experience, allies and families.
