We are delighted to announce that we are holding our 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at The Gleneagles Hotel.

2014 has seen Scotland take centre stage hosting some of the world's most prestigeous events. None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of Scotland's skilled hospitality workforce. As the representative body for Scotlands chefs we are proud to represent over 400 of Scotlands chefs.

Anton Mosimann At the dinner our keynote speaker is one of the most iconic chefs Anton Mosimann. 

Anton was born in 1947 the only child of Swiss restaurateurs in the Jura Mountains. He started his apprenticeship at a local hotel at the age of fifteen, and at the age of twenty-five became one of the youngest Chefs to receive the coveted Chef de Cuisine Diploma.

At the age of 28, he was appointed Maitre Chef des Cuisines at the Dorchester Hotel in London – the youngest ever to hold this position. During his thirteen year tenure he was awarded two Michelin stars; the first time such accolade had been given to a hotel restaurant outside of France. In 1988 Anton acquired a Scottish Presbyterian church and set about creating Mosimann’s Club. 

At the dinner he will be sharing his insights into several years at the top of the industry.

We will also celebrate the achievements of the industry over the last 20 years.

The event will have representation from some of our finest producers who will showcase their products at the pre dinner champagne reception.

Following the dinner we will auction some of the industries finest food and drink experiences to help us raise funds to continue our work in the industry.
