This program is designed to review and explore a wide variety of miscellaneous insurance issues including:

• Personal & Commercial Lines Coverages often overlooked by insurance agents and also information on how to sell them
• Miscellaneous “Hot Topics” for Errors and Omissions Loss Prevention
• Claims case studies of unusual claims and how they relate to current coverage topics
• Q&A about current issues and coverage questions

The class will combine a number of currently relevant issues related to the operation of an insurance agency taken from the court cases, covered and uncovered claims, and discussions related to how agencies can expand marketing new products to clients beyond the scope of commonly sold packaged products.

The class is designed to appeal to all levels of insurance professionals from insurance newbies to seasoned producers and CSR’s. The class will also provide time for the participants to ask questions about current insurance topics including coverage issues, agency procedures, and regulation of the insurance industry.

Morning Session: 8:00 am - 12:00pm 

Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Registration Begins at 7:30 am for the morning session and 12:00 pm for the afternoon session.

A free lunch will be served between sessions.
