About This Workshop
This is an experiential workshop that is designed to help you understand
what mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation are, how they can be beneficial for you, and most importantly, how to practice mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation.

Dr. Kate Partridge
Mindfulness Meditation practice has transformed my life in a gradual, gentle but very positive way. It has made me passionate about wanting to share the practice with others.

For the past 30 years, I have presented seminars and workshops to organizations of all kinds, from large corporations to small non-profit groups.

In my private practice I focus on working with individual adults who wish to learn the practice of Mindfulness Meditation, for personal growth and/or for help in dealing with stress-related physical and emotional problems, anxiety, panic, depression and chronic pain.  I also offer Meditation Coaching, in person or by phone or Skype.

Course Fee

The cost of this workshop is $160.00. It must be paid in advance, either online through PayPal and/or a credit card, or by cheque sent through the mail. Payment is required before your registration can be confirmed.

This fee includes lunch, free parking, a meditation training CD and a workshop manual. 

Your Extended Health Insurance plan may cover some or all of the course.

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund if cancellation occurs on or before Friday, April 14, 2017
50% Refund if cancellation occurs between Saturday April 15 and Thursday, April 27, 2017
No Refund if cancellation occurs on or after Friday, April 28, 2017
