About This Workshop
Most of us take our breath for granted, little realizing the powerful impact that it has on how we are feeling from moment to moment.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn three practical and powerful breath-based and mindfulness skills that will help you to regulate your inner stress and calm your anxiety.

In particular, these skills can help you to eliminate such symptoms of panic as a pounding heart, dizziness, breathlessness, chest-pain, feeling confused or disconnected from your body, and having intense fears or thoughts like; "I'm having a heart attack! I feel like I'm going crazy!"

Mindfulness Mediation practice has transformed my life in a gradual, gentle but very positive way. It has made me passionate about wanting to share the practice with others.

For the past 30 years, I have presented seminars and workshops to organizations of all kinds, from large corporations to small non-profit groups.

My focus has been to provide education and training in “surfing the stress wave” – learning to balance your nervous system so that you can thrive while experiencing the intense energy stirred up by challenging  and 
stressful situations, and at the same time, having access to the calm, grounded energy that promotes physical wellness, mental clarity and emotional peace.

Course Fee
The cost of this workshop is $90.00. It must be paid in advance, either online through PayPal and/or a credit card, or by cheque sent through the mail.
This fee includes a mindfulness training CD and workshop materials. 

Your Extended Health Insurance plan may cover some or all of the course.

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund if cancellation occurs on or before Friday February 5, 2016
50% Refund if cancellation occurs between Saturday February 6 and Thursday February 11, 2016
No Refund if cancellation occurs on or after Friday February 12, 2016
