CAI Kentucky *NEW WEBINARS* Natural Disasters - How Community Associations Prepare

Welcome to the ALL NEW CAI Kentucky educational experience!

We are pleased to announce our first in a series of live webinars. We hope that this new form of education meets your needs and we sincerely hope that you will be able to join us for the launch of our first webinar!

 Natural Disasters

How Community Associations Prepare

The U.S. Citizen's Corp, a program under the aegis of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), has stated that:

"Following a major disaster, first responders who provide fire and medical services will not be able to meet the demand for these services. Factors such as number of victims, communication failures, and road blockages will prevent people from accessing emergency services they have come to expect at a moments notice through 911. People will have  to rely on each other for help in order to meet their immediate needs."

Please join us for a live educational webinar that will help your association prepare for such a disaster.

What you will learn:

  • Developing a disaster plan for your community
  • Covering the costs
  • Volunteers, employees, and contractors
  • Making the best of the worst

Association leaders and managers can't prevent natural disasters, but they can plan and document their preparations in ways that will minimize the damage and the time and cost to recover.

We look forward to seeing you there!
