Nicole Gervasio of HCI HR Consulting will present strategies to hire and retain the best employees. Nicole will discuss recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation as well as the right way to dismiss an employee. The session will also include information about requirements for employers such as payroll deductions, CRA and WSIB obligations, workplace safety regulations, and more.
