Halloween is almost upon us again!  And if you’ve been in this business for a while, you have likely had a “Client Nightmare Experience.”  Maybe you have had a client that just couldn’t be satisfied, no matter what you did. Or maybe clients that are extremely cost sensitive, and you are always having to justify your value proposition. Or what about that time when you had a great initial prospect experience, only to have it go sideways when you started onboarding them.

Whatever your own personal nightmare scenario is, this is an opportunity to share yours, and to learn from others on how they deal with similar circumstances. Hopefully, you’ll be able to laugh a little about your own experience, take away some new ideas about how to avoid these situations in the future, and maybe gain a new way of dealing with them when they arise in the future.
