Description:
If you want to own your own business, you will need more than just a great idea and passion. You’ll need to know and understand what type of business entity you should form. Whether you want to start your own business or help your clients better understand their business entity options, you won’t want to miss our June meeting! Tyler Q. Dahl will discuss the importance of forming business entities with governing documents (Operating Agreement/Bylaws, etc.), and the importance of proper business entity maintenance to preserve limited liability protection. Mr. Dahl will also discuss why all business owners should sign a Buy-Sell Agreement to direct what happens to an owner’s ownership in a company upon that owner’s divorce, death, disability, retirement, and any other major life events.
