2017 Home Tour Collection:
1. LOGGER’S CABIN
Built in the late 20's, history comes alive at "The Bunk House" where loggers used to crash after a long day in the forest cutting down trees.
2. CABY WABY
Transport to another era: this vintage property has been perfectly restored to its original showcase for timber. Also built in the late 20's, it was one of the original properties in that area and sat alone on the top of the hill until the 50's and 60's when little cottages were built up around this home.
3. EUROPEAN LODGE
The European Lodge home is located in prestigious Cedar Ridge. Timbers of grandeur line the entire structure. Books, paintings and sumptuous furnishings and antique collections are everywhere to be treasured.
4. EAGLE'S LANDING
Eagle’s Landing was a bed and breakfast retreat until the current homeowner restored it to the eclectic home it is today. Influenced by years of living in Mexico, this home combines a Mission-style with natural wood elements of our mountains. A floral designer by trade, the homeowner creates a space that delights the senses. Lake views and a meditation room complete the serenity.
5. ROTARY POINT LAKEFRONT
Located high on a cliff, Rotary Point overlooks the pristine waters of Lake Arrowhead. It is accessible by vehicle shuttle on the Tour. Decks abound on the lakeside to enjoy the panoramic view from this unique vantage point. Looking out on the lake you can experience the Yacht Club's sailboat races, waterskiing and wake boarding and the wooden boats that still grace our beautiful sapphire blue lake.
6. RAINBOW POINT LAKEFRONT
Rainbow Point is accessible only by boat, this magnificent waterfront retreat blends the freshness of a lakeside retreat with the natural beauty of our wooded forest land.
