Foundation of CCMS Social Fundraiser
April 8, 2017
We invite you and your guests to attend a unique social event to benefit the Foundation of CCMS and American SIDS Institute, on Saturday, April 8, 5:30-7:30pm, hosted by Carls Patio at their showroom in North Naples. 
Enjoy refreshments, hors d'oeuvres, and shopping while catching up with friends and colleagues. Your participation will help raise funds for scholarships to students pursuing careers in healthcare, support for local health programs in need, and critical SIDS research. The Foundation and the SIDS Institute are 501(c)3 charitable organizations.
Suggested minimum donation is $50/person. Raffle tickets to win a variety of prizes and additional donation opportunities will also be available onsite.
