Psychologists 

The Institute of Clinical and Professional Training and Research (ICPTR)  is approved by the American  Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists and maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Participants attending the entire program and completing a program evaluation will receive 6 APA continuing education credits

Board Certified Behavior Analysts 

The Institute of Clinical Training and Research is approved to offer continuing education CEU’s to BCBA certified members. BCBA members attending the entire program and completing the evaluation will receive 6 CEU’s.

Registration after the 9/6 deadline will result in a $25.00 late fee

Changes/Cancellation Policy

Registration cancelled after 09/13/2013 will be subject to a fee of one-half the registration. If no advance notice is provided, the entire registration fee will be forfeited.

 

Workshop Description

Training, Supervising, and Motivating Human Service Staff:

Evidence-Based Practices

Morning Session:

Participants will be able to understand:

  • The importance of evidence-based practices
  • The basic protocol for Behavioral Outcome Management
  • How to conduct staff training
  • How to monitor staff performance

 Afternoon Session:

Participants will be able to understand:

  • How to provide supportive supervision
  • How to provide corrective supervision
  • The importance of motivating proficient staff performance
