Ever want to get Bubbe’s special recipes back from history? How about the family-favorite Sefardi recipes your Yaya brought from Rhodes? Maybe you’re interested in a Jewish fusion approach to your cookbook and menu planning.
Lauren Katz, winner of ABC's Great Holiday Baking Show and current finalist for the Grand Prize of the Pillsbury Bake-Off, among many other culinary achievements, will teach you how to prepare special meat and non-meat recipes based on these approaches over three two-hour sessions. Along the way we will learn about the underlying culture and history of these recipes, special kitchen pro tips to make sure they turn out awesome, and have a lot of fun.
Due to limited space this offering is exclusively reserved for Congregation Sha'are Shalom members. Limited to 16 participants.
Registration will open Sunday, January 13 at 8:00am
Cost for series (all three sessions): $50
Cost for single session: $20
