Awards: The top three male and female finishers in each age group will receive an award. All finishers in the 12 and under group will receive a participation ribbon.
First Aid & Water: First aid will be on-site during the event, and water, granola bars, and bananas will be available.
Weather Delay: Race will be delayed in the event of lightning.

All of the proceeds from this event will benefit Walk the Talk Iowa, a project of ASK Resource Center that provides bullying prevention training and resources for youth, families, and professionals across the state of Iowa.
Children 3 & under: Children in this age group can participate at no cost; registration is not required.
Race T-shirts: A 2016 race t-shirt is not included in cost of registration; t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.
Waiver: Everyone is required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Parent or guardian signature is required on behalf of participants under 18 years old. Click here to view waiver.
