Recently, the Department of Labor unveiled a change to the regulations governing the payment of overtime to most employees across the country.  When this new rule is finalized (expected later this year), it will expand the number of employees entitled to overtime pay.  In this presentation, attorney Ben Pratt will discuss the impact of the new rule on employers, as well as general best practices for overtime pay and wage and hour issues.
