Food Safety Workshop in Seattle
For 19 years, Michael Latham has been the Director of Food Safety at Town & Country, Markets, Inc. On September 8th, he'll be doing an in-depth exploration of food safety in the workplace. This informative workshop will touch on food borne risks, allergies, temperature controls and much more. This 4 hour event will take place at Unified Grocers in Seattle.
