2gig security/automation panel training class

The 2gig Certification training class is a one-day, hands-on class, covering system design, installation and programming.

March 3rd at 9:00 - 4:00

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

This class is limited to the first 20 people and you must register!

2gig kits will be available for purchase the day of class!

You will have the opportunity to build a complete 2gig Go!Control security/automation system from the ground up.

The following topics will be covered:

• Basic overview of the 2gig "Go!Control" system
• Detailed review of all functionality / setup options
• Hands-on installation and configuration of the following components:
  • Base system
  • Door/window/recessed/motion sensors (with review of the "Super-Switch" wired zone takeover module)
  • Smoke/Glass-Break Detectors
  • Wireless remote keypads
  • Wireless 4-button keyfobs
  • Zwave integration
    • Vizia RF+ switches and dimmers
    • 2gig CT30 thermostat
  • Scenes and rules pertaining to Zwave lighting and thermostats
  • GSM card / antenna installation and setup
  • Monitoring and remote access setup through Alarm.com
