Paul Rabil Shooting & Offensive Skills Clinic

BOSTON, MA - Friday, October 15, 2010 - The Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, today announced a Shooting and Offensive Skills Clinics with Cannons' star Paul Rabil on Saturday, November 20th at Fore Kicks in Marlborough, MA from 4 PM to 6 PM.  The clinic is open to children ages 9-16 and the cost is $75 per child.

"Beginning our clinic series with an offensive skills clinic, Rabil was the obvious choice to teach the kids, given his talent, success and ability to teach the skills that got him where he is today."

Rabil is arguably the best and most popular lacrosse player in the world today.  After a stellar collegiate career at Johns Hopkins University, Rabil was selected #1 overall by the Cannons in the 2008 MLL Collegiate Draft. He has scored 78 goals in 3 seasons, including 33 in 2009 when he was named MLL Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the year.  This past June in the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship, Rabil led Team USA to the gold medal while also earning All-World Most Valuable Player honors.  Along with his accolades Rabil has recently been the feature in a NY Times article and ESPN The Magazine photo shoot.

The Shooting and Offensive Skills clinic will teach skills including shooting on the run, shooting with time and room, dodging to shoot or feed and more.  Space in the clinic is limited and pre-registration is required.  Players must bring full lacrosse gear to participate.

Registration Fee -- $75 per player
